MISSION:
-
Guarantee and drive the team's Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Personnel (SMQDC) performance, through team members development, in order that the Activity reaches the objectives of customer satisfaction.

Participate with the team to guarantee the implementation of Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) foundations mainly Managing Daily Performance (MDP) and 5S (BIB Standard) for all the Business units.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
-
Deploy progress approach Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) best practices and tools improve the performance of processes/entities.

Support the Business Unit Leader (BUL) to get the Managing Daily Performance (MDP) depth 9 validation through coaching.
-
Support 5S or BIB Standard activities.
-
Support / Lead Managing Daily Performance (MDP) / Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) training program.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
-
Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with relevant internship or project experience being a plus.

Proven experience in a continuous improvement, process optimization, or operational excellence role.

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments.

Ability to train and coach teams in CI principles.
-
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Strong proficiency in data processing using Microsoft Office programs.

Fluent in spoken and written English (min. B1 level).

Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
