Our Uniops team is embarking on an exciting journey as this role is responsible for leading the Workplace Services strategy and execution and be accountable for the day to day delivery of Workplace Services in line with established service levels and service line strategy. The services scope of this role includes primarily Facilities Management and in house FM Contractor management (both soft and technical services but excluding technical services inside the production areas of our Sourcing Unit (SC). The services scope will also include some activities across the other Workplace Services areas (Real Estate, Travel & Fleet, Project and Agile Working).

What can you expect from the role?

  • Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in Cikarang Site in line with established service levels, whether provided by a third party or in house by Unilever.
  • Lead Workplace organizational and service delivery in Cikarang Site which consists of 4 direct subordinates.
  • Manage day to day operations together with in house contractor and several service providers for facility management, cleaning services, catering, and fleet/pick up services.
  • Partnering with business leaders in providing the best workplace experiences and operations for Cikarang Site operation and employees
  • Set up the strategy for all in-house FM contractors and services provider and monitor their service delivery level.
  • Cost keeper for in-house contractor and services provider in line with the business needs
  • Negotiating all cost structure with in-house contractor and services provider and crafting the business agreement in yearly basis
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews with service providers and/or insourced operations teams with geography leadership teams, holding both the supplier(s) and the client accountable for their part in successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationship with service providers and other key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for facility management.
  • Managing all brand activations within Cikarang areas and working closely with related parties
  • Support to manage expatriate (Technician) working permit.

Does this sound like you?

  • Min 4 years’ experience working in General Affair, Facility management, and/or relevant industry/experiences, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing.
  • Experience in management of third-party service providers
  • Experience in managing insourced operations team.
  • Experience in engaging key senior level stakeholders along with proven ability to influence and manage relationships with those stakeholders.
  • Have experience in Project Management and Change Management
  • Have leadership capability to create and lead internal & external team (in house contractor and services provider)
  • Able to manage cost control and budgeting.
  • Strong communicator proven with fluent oral and written communication skills in Indonesian and English
