Position Summary
We are seeking a Regional Continual Commercial Improvement (CCI) Manager to lead and develop our backcasting team, driving value through optimization and continuous improvement. This role engages directly with Value Chain stakeholders and Executive Leadership to align strategies, mentor engineers, and ensure seamless coordination across support organizations. The Manager will oversee the Value Opportunity management process, analyze trends to refine processes, and collaborate on resolving systemic issues impacting multiple regions. Additionally, this position will focus on enhancing training programs, maintaining onboarding materials, and implementing process improvements to maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Engages with Value Chain stakeholders and Executive Leadership to align optimal plan strategies.

Mentors engineers, providing technical guidance, professional development, and support.

Coordinates with support organizations and ensures alignment across the team.

Maintains and updates onboarding documents and training materials for continuous team improvement.

Assigns and prioritizes responsibilities among backcasters, ensuring workload balance and focus on strategic goals.

Oversees the Value Opportunity management process, ensuring actionable insights are effectively implemented from Regional Backcasts, Perfect Knowledge, Prompt Post-Audits, and LP Post-Audits.

Review and analyze trends from completed backcasts to identify opportunities for further refinement in processes or tools.

Collaborate with RCA Backcasters to prioritize and support the resolution of systemic issues impacting multiple regions.

Develop and pilot new training modules for advanced skills, such as strategic decision-making or cross-functional collaboration.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of CCI operations.
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.

Five (5) years of refining experience in Technical Services, Commercial, and/or Economics & Planning required.
