Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven person with relevant professional experience to direct and execute our sports betting and iGaming commercial affiliate content and advertorial efforts with media publishing partners, specifically in Brazil. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the online sports betting iGaming markets in Brazil, including operator profiles, promotions, and other relevant features. Moreover, strong SEO skills and the ability to anticipate what factors (timing, matches, offers) drive player activation within the market will be essential.
In cooperation with the relevant stakeholders, this candidate will be responsible for content oversight, production, and coordination with prospective media publishers. As the key driver of revenue growth through content, this person will help identify optimal partnerships, scale content, analyze revenue trends and execute revenue-driving efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join our ad:s division.
THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced, business-oriented content expert who possesses the organizational and leadership skills required to lead this new venture. You will have a high-impact role as a driving force in the affiliate team, in the marketing services division, reporting directly to the Head of Affiliation and Publisher Relations. To be successful, you should be able to both scheme and produce various commercial content types that meet the needs of prospective sports betting and online casino players while developing strong publisher relationships.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Plan and produce both high-and-medium intent sports betting and iGaming content that is optimized for both publisher audience and SEO.
- Plan and write about relevant matches, trends, and operator variables that lead to new player activation.
- Plan and produce timely content designed for optimal display in Google News.
- Plan, produce, edit and monitor long-form content designed to have a lasting presence in organic search.
- Monitor and analyze the success rate of such content.
- Monitor and analyze competitor Google News and traditional search trends to make better-informed content decisions.
- Identify potential short-term and long-term opportunities for growth, planning content to seize said opportunities.
- Communicate with publishing partners to optimize content plans, optimizing for revenue while ensuring partner needs are met.
- Work closely with team members to ensure an organized and engaged collective effort.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business or related field.
- 3+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or commercial content production preferred.
- Strong writing, editing and SEO skills.
- Understanding of Brazilian sports betting and iGaming market, particularly factors that drive engagement and activation.
- Strong communication skills for optimizing internal team efficiency and building strong relationships with external publishing partners.
- Ability to plan, produce and, ultimately, scale various types of unique and engaging industry-specific commercial content.
- Demonstration of initiative and open-mindedness and willingness to assess, tweak and optimize current practices.
Preferred
- Experience in the iGaming and sports betting industry, affiliation models and publisher space is considered a strong plus.
