Your day at NTT DATA
The Analyst Relations Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Cloud AR programme by assisting with the creation of briefing material and RFI responses for analyst interactions.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with key SME’s across Cloud, Marketing and AR ensures that the value proposition of NTT DATA’s services is tailoredfor it to be clearly positioned with analyst firms.
- Works with key SMEs, Marketing and AR across Cloud & Security in the creation of material such as presentations, demos, videos etc to support an ongoing briefing schedule with analyst firms.
- Works across NTT DATA to create compelling responses for RFIs
- Work closely with Data Specialist to ensure alignment of qualitative and quantitative data for analyst RFIs
- Maintains a library of analyst RFI responses and ensures that answers evolve in line with the evolution of our services and the market expectations.
- Creates library of proof points across all areas of Cloud and Security for use in analyst RFIs and ongoing interactions.
- Works with Insights team to collate and update competitive insights on an ongoing basis
- Works with client reference team to maintain library of case studies and customer references for use in analyst engagements
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Good collaboration and engagement skills to effectively interact effectively with senior level stakeholders.
- Good business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent technical writing skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to present information in a clear, concise manner.
- Good analytical ability with strong attention to detail
- Seasoned knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communication or relevant field.
Required Experience:
- Seasoned experience in a content development role preferably in the high-tech industry.
- Seasoned experience in communicating benefits of solutions and services to external audiences
- Expertise in using quantitative data and proof points to build value propositions and clear messaging that resonates with external audiences
- Seasoned demonstrated experience managing complex projects in short timescales
- Experience working in a highly matrix environment
- Seasoned experience working with ICT solutions.
