The Business Excellence Analyst is responsible for monthly reports on Utilization, Volume, Quality, and other relevant metrics which plays a crucial role in helping the organization make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and presenting data related to Enterprise operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and relevance.

Experience: 2 to 4 yearsKey Responsibilities

  • Collect data from various departments and sources related to volume, quality, Utilization and other performance metrics. Verify the accuracy and completeness of the collected data, ensuring data integrity.
  • Develop, prepare, issue and periodically revise Quality Management System Procedures as the need arises
  • Deriving quality objectives, which suit business goals
  • Measuring the effectiveness of teams corrective actions and preventive actions implementations
  • Participating in External Conducting Internal Quality Audits across the organization and preparing audit non-conformance reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
  • Maintain a well-organized database or repository for historical reports.
  • Participate in or lead improvement initiatives to enhance overall business excellence.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to assist new onboardings in understanding business dynamics and provide training and support to end-users as needed.
  • Root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions
  • Working jointly with operation management and breaking down the key business drivers in measurable terms, maintaining relationship with different functions to make sure quality initiatives are driven strongly.
  • Understands the strategic impact of the function across
  • Responsible for developing and executing innovative and creative strategies to foster a positive and engaging work environment through organizing events and plays.
