About the role:
We deliver the most engaging insights and education solutions for retail investors in the market that are curated, unbiased, and action-centric. You’ll be responsible for developing and selling both our retail-centric content solutions and promotional solutions (campaigns) across the globe (predominantly UK, EU, and US).
A number of start-ups, scale-ups, and traditional financial services firms already engage their retail audiences with Finimize's best-in-class content. They leverage our expertise to offer their customers high-impact content experiences powered by Finimize Financial News, Analyst Insights, and How-to Guides. All content is translated into 28 languages, delivered in text and audio, and can be accessed via the Finimize web platform, API, and Premium app.
In addition, our promotional solutions provide brands with access to a highly engaged community of more than 1 million retail investors through native ads in our newsletter, custom content hosted on our website, and sponsorship of our largest retail investor event in the world: the Finimize Modern Investor Summit.
Jobs responsibilities:

Build and grow your own book of clients, supported by our demand team and Sales Development Representatives

Negotiate and sign deals directly with clients

Hit revenue targets consistently

Pitch Finimize Content and Promotional Solutions to clients (mainly via call but also in person)

Build and share impactful commercial proposals / packages

Drive account/repeat business
Candidate requirements:
-
Demonstrable commercial experience in selling educational content, data solutions, and/or promotional campaigns to financial services firms.

A proactive, self-starter mindset with a hunter mentality - able to build and own your pipeline, drive demand, and generate new business opportunities.

Ideally worked for a financial technology provider, digital media business, or sold API-powered content solutions for a media company/publisher.

Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating deals with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level, tech, marketing, and product teams.

A strong understanding of (or ability to learn) the technical requirements necessary to integrate a JSON API and execute ad sales.

Ability to build commercial proposals, draft campaigns, and close contracts.

Worked for blue-chip companies or high-growth startups/scale-ups.

Sold to marketing functions in B2C-centric financial services firms.
