Fairmatic is building a new kind of insurance company that’s powered by data and driven to make roads safer for everyone. We’re looking for a creative, strategic Content Marketer to shape and scale our storytelling across formats and channels—helping drive growth, brand engagement, and sales success.

What you'll do

  • Create compelling, conversion-driven content for sales enablement tools and marketing collateral—including videos, case studies, flyers, newsletters, and in-product messaging.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to measure marketing success, including engagement, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement Fairmatic’s content strategy across channels.
  • Own the website and social media content to ensure Fairmatic produces engaging, SEO-optimized content that supports brand and demand generation goals.
  • Ensure proper tracking and reporting in HubSpot; communicate performance and insights to internal marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and insurance teams to develop data-driven content that clearly communicates product value.
  • Manage email marketing operations - including content gathering, email preparation, sending, and performance reporting.

Skills needed for this role

  • Native or fluent English with excellent writing and editing skills.3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or Insurtech environments.
  • Strong portfolio across multiple formats: blog posts, video scripts, social posts, newsletters, and more.
  • Hands-on experience managing content across web, email, and social platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • A self-starter mindset - comfortable owning projects, wearing multiple hats, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
