The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $70,125 - $102,850 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Content Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and global market trends.
- Lead the end-to-end content lifecycle, including planning, creation, distribution, and performance analysis.
Content Creation:
- Write, edit, and optimize compelling long-form content such as brochures, white papers, eBooks, and case studies.
- Create engaging and on-brand content for thought leadership, social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, and digital marketing initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including solution marketing, digital marketing, communications, creative, and vertical markets teams to align content with brand messaging and business goals.
- Partner with external agencies and freelancers when needed, to scale content production.
Digital Marketing Integration:
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO and integrated into broader campaigns.
- Leverage analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on trends and developments in the supply chain industry to produce relevant and authoritative content.
- Build relationships with industry thought leaders and subject-matter experts to enrich content quality and authenticity.
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of professional experience, with 5-8 years in content marketing, including a focus on global markets.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing long-form content like blogs, case studies, eBooks, and white papers.
- Proficiency in managing content across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS), standard methodologies for SEO, and analytics tools.
- Experience in the supply chain industry or ecommerce related sectors preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Innovative problem-solver who pays close attention to detail and is dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
- Highly collaborative and proactive mentality; leading cross-functional teams to build impactful content strategies that drive brand growth and engage diverse audiences worldwide.
