Who are you? 

As the Content Lead (Designer), you'll drive the creation, execution, and strategy of marketing content while expertly managing and organizing projects across multiple campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with the Sales/Marketing team to design assets and deliver projects that align with our unified mission—revenue generation and Sales/Marketing success. This role requires a creative yet structured individual who thrives in a dynamic, enterprise-focused environment.
 

What will you do?

  • Coordinate, develop, execute and manage comprehensive content strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Create and manage assets for integrated campaigns, including visual design, social media, web content, videos, and more.

  • Oversee the project lifecycle for marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership, to ensure content aligns with strategic goals.

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials.

  • Manage workflows and prioritize resources for design projects, adapting to shifting priorities.

  • Research and implement best practices for campaign optimization, including A/B testing and performance tracking.

  • Organize and oversee asset libraries and templates for efficient content production.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives.

  • Drive metrics and reporting for campaign success, using insights to inform strategy. 
     

What skills and experience do we expect you to have?

  • You provide excellent quality across all design mediums with focused attention to detail.

  • You interpret complex data and apply graphic visualizations.

  • You produce and present thoughtful design solutions.

  • You manage time effectively, being available when needed, especially remotely.

  • You tackle various design projects simultaneously within allocated time frames and budgets.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, agile team environment.

  • You project-manage assignments independently while delivering high-quality results.

  • You are self-determined and self-disciplined. 

  • You have 5+ years in content strategy, design, or project management roles within enterprise software companies; MedTech experience a plus.

  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • You have excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Nice to Haves: Experience with video editing software, familiarity with MedTech marketing, or certifications in digital marketing.

At Movemedical, your base pay is part of a comprehensive total compensation package. The expected salary range for this position is $95,000-$110,000 USD, varying based on your experience and qualifications.
