Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to craft engaging, impactful, and results-driven content throughout the customer journey for LiveJasmin, one of our flagship products.LiveJasmin is the #1 premium, award-winning adult live streaming platform, and one of the world’s most visited websites. It redefines adult entertainment, with a luxurious experience that blurs the line between digital relationships and real-world connections.
- Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across the marketing funnel, in alignment with the marketing goals and product objectives and focusing on both members and models as target audiences.
- Create content assets from concept to delivery, write and edit high-quality content for all stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to retention and even advocacy.
- Build compelling and on-brand content, both for static and video assets, for a variety of channels, including but not limited to PR, email marketing/marketing automation, on-platform, paid media, social media, blogs & SEO, events, offline promotions etc. Clearly brief the design and video teams on the visual requirements and work closely with them to bring the assets to their final format.
- Adapt content messaging and formats to different channels and audience segments to maximizeawareness, engagement, conversions, retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and business results overall.
- Ensure all content adheres to LiveJasmin’s tone, voice, and messaging guidelines, maintaining consistency across channels. Act as a steward of the brand, ensuring all communications enhance LiveJasmin’s image and premium positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging content formats to ensure relevance and innovation.
- Campaign Development:
- Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager, entire PR & Marketing team, as well as cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to deeply understand the product, its features, developments and user benefits, ensuring the content clearly reflects its value proposition.
- Reporting & Optimization
- Analyze content performance metrics and use the insights to refine content strategy and improve ROI.
- Test and refine content formats based on performance data and user feedback.
- Create regular and campaign-specific reports to present key insights and recommendations to the Product Marketing Manager or other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role; knowledge of the adult industry is a plus.
- Native or proficient in English – any other additional languages are a plus.
- Experience creating content for diverse channels, including PR, email marketing/marketing automation, on-platform, paid media, social media, blogs & SEO, events, offline promotions etc.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, attention to detail, with a strong grasp of grammar, style, and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of overall marketing principles and content performance metrics; ability to create content that drives engagement and achieves measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with relevant tools for content creation, management, insights, performance, as well as marketing automation (examples such as, but not limited to: AI platforms, CMS, Google Analytics, Semrush, Figma etc.)
- Creative, innovative, proactive, results-oriented and growth mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative environment with diverse teams.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
