We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our business unit marketing team. The position works closely with senior leadership across Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales to translate product features, marketing opportunities, and value propositions into talking points and messages for use across all marketing campaign channels: email, web, social, and events. The role contributes creative ideas and develops content that supports campaigns, drives marketing goals, and communicates our product brand promise to targeted prospects. The wider team consists of 10+ people, and in this role, you would report to the Manager of Brand Marketing. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: marketing, communications, journalism, English, business or other related field or equivalent work experience.

5 years’ work experience in a global brand B2B marketing and communications role (e.g. content writing).

Proficient level of English language.

5+ years of experience with social media platforms (i.e.: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), current trends and business realities as they relate to corporate communications.

Proficient level of MS Office suite (especially Word and PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM and CMS.

Desktop publishing, graphic design, video editing, marketing automation, and/or HTML skills.

Experience working with web-based project management tools and collaboration technologies.

What will you be doing in this role?

Content Creation: lead the content creation development and contribute copywriting, editing and proofreading for brochures, direct mail, newsletters, ads, sales tools, white papers, press releases, case studies, webinars, web pages and articles, and social media.

Content Calendar: develop and maintain the content and publishing calendar, collaborating, and coordinating with teammates and other teams (Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Creative Services) for successful implementation.

Content Marketing: Engage customers and prospects throughout the buyer’s journey and influence customer perception and behavior. Seek our customer stories and differentiate our product brands.

External Communications: Develops and implements plans and programs for agreed audiences in line with the organization’s business goals and strategy. Coordinates multiple channels for delivering campaigns and messaging and includes social media and customer communications.

As a member of the Library Software Marketing team you will strategize, create, and collaborate with colleagues across the organization on content essential to effective marketing and branding initiatives, helping to drive thought leadership, market awareness, sales opportunity, and customer retention of our SaaS solutions.
Our business unit serves some of the largest public library systems and most prestigious academic institutions and research universities around the world, with a total of over 7,500 customers in 90 countries. Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position. The working hours would be a combination of standard EMEA working hours (3 days per week) & US Eastern working hours (2 days per week).
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
Occasional travel is required from time to time.
