THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a skilled Content Strategist and Writer with expertise in English content creation. This dynamic role combines strategic thinking with hands-on writing to deliver powerful, industry-specific content across diverse platforms. You will spearhead content strategies that align with business goals, strengthen industry positioning, and address audience needs throughout their buyer's journey. Additionally, you will manage freelancers, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality messaging.

 HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Content Strategy & Planning: 
    • Develop and execute content strategies that support business objectives, strengthen industry positioning, and cater to audience needs at different stages of the buyer’s journey 
    • Own the global editorial content calendar for NavVis in order to coordinate and publish our various marketing tactics including emailers, newsletters, social media posts, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and event promotions across regions and timezones. Determine optimal cadence to optimize demand generation performance as well as top of mind brand recognition
    • Continuously assess and optimize the content strategy based on performance data and trends, incorporating innovations like AI where beneficial 
    • Guide external freelancers and internal contributors, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across all content types 
  • Content Creation:
    • Write and refine high-quality, technical, and business-focused content that resonates with the respective target audience and fits the chosen medium in style and best practices 
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product etc.) to develop tailored content that addresses industry challenges and audience needs 
    • Collaborate with the brand design and social media teams to produce visually appealing and shareable content assets 
    • Create webinar scripts, video presentations, and other content that translates technical insights into engaging formats 
  • SEO & Content Optimization: 
    • Implement SEO best practices across all content, driving search engine visibility while maintaining audience value 
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize content performance for maximum reach and engagement 
  • Thought Leadership & Trend Analysis: 
    • Track and analyze industry trends to integrate into the content strategy, positioning the company as a thought leader 
    • Repurpose, produce and place content across channels (incl. our own social media profiles, blogs, email) to maximize its reach and impact 
    • Lead in integrating AI tools for content creation and editing into your daily work 

 WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • 2-4 years of experience in content strategy and writing, particularly in B2B technology or related fields 
  • Proven experience writing for technical, niche audiences across industries such as tech, finance, or healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and its role in driving content performance 
  • Experience managing content production workflows, including freelancers and internal teams 
  • Familiarity with CMS, project management tools, and social media platforms 
  • Experience in UX writing and collaborating with teams to create user-friendly website copy 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with reality capture, laser scanning, or digital twin technology in various industries or environments is a plus
