Position Overview

  • Be a key member of the Baby Vertical Content Marketing Team, supporting with the development and execution of content marketing initiatives for a new brand that is launching mid-2025.
  • As Content Marketing Executive you will work across a wide range of disciplines, including social media management, content creation, campaigns and more!
  • With a scope of work that spans across multiple international markets with the opportunity to lead key content projects at a global scale.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Content Marketing Manager and wider brand marketing team to bring best-in-class content to life across our owned and social channels
  • Leading the global organic content planning for our key social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. 
  • Leading the execution of local TikTok content across our key Tier 1 markets and working with brand marketing and ZURU’s Digital Team to monitor ad performance on a global and local scale. 
  • Support the Content Marketing Manager with data strategy by leading eDM content automations and campaigns.
  • Support the brand marketing team with localised content production, such as social media and influencer content, eDM and copywriting
  • Support the Content Marketing Manager to produce paid content for brand campaigns with copywriting, localisation and coordination of assets with Baby Creative
  • Working with the Content Marketing Manager to identify key optimisations within our SEO and website strategy, and lead the production of global blog content
  • Lead the day-to-day management of our global social media platforms to monitor content performance and customer sentiment. Prepare bi-weekly reports that summarise key qualitative and quantitative insights from our channels and competitors’. 
  • Collaborate and work cross functionally with the wider content, brand marketing and creative teams to cross pollinate learnings and provide support as needed.
  • Suggest influencer content ideas across brand channels that align with overarching platform and brand marketing strategies or activations
  • Supporting competitor and audience research to inform future strategic decisions
  • Manage finance payments, process content marketing payments and support in the reconciliation of budgets. 
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required to support the wider team.

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 solid years of experience in a marketing role with a growing understanding of core marketing principles, preferably social media management, content marketing or content creation.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and stay focused in a dynamic and changing environment, working on projects independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Creative-minded with the ability to apply analytical thinking to content and marketing concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in copywriting. 
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use social media platforms to edit and post social media content, such as Instagram, TikTok, Canva and CapCut. Experience with Klaviyo or similar eDM management software is preferred, but not essential.
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a similar discipline
  • You are on top of trends and would love to bring great ideas on the table
