Job Description

The Content Marketing Coordinator will be the first contact for the USACS recruiting and marketing strategy by capturing and creating engaging visual and written content. This role involves up to 50% travel to various hospital partner locations to gather site-specific content, including photos and videos, to enhance USACS’ social media presence and recruitment marketing efforts. The Content Marketing Coordinator will work closely with clinicians to develop content that reflects USACS’ culture and organizational values. A background in digital marketing and experience in HubSpot and social media management is beneficial.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Travel to hospital partners to capture high-quality photo and video content.
    • Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency in posting and alignment with recruitment goals.
    • Develop compelling and engaging content for various social media channels, showcasing USACS' values and work environment.
    • Partner with clinicians to write job descriptions optimized for social media platforms.
  • Digital Marketing and Campaign Support:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Recruiting teams to design digital campaigns that attract talent and highlight USACS' culture.
    • Leverage HubSpot for email automation, analytics, and audience segmentation to enhance campaign performance.
    • Conduct regular performance analysis of social media and digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Content Strategy and Brand Alignment:
    • Engage with the clinical network to ensure content aligns with USACS’ organizational culture and brand standards.
    • Work cross-functionally to identify content needs and ensure all materials are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with recruitment strategies.
  • Video and Multimedia Production:
    • Create and edit short-form videos to share across social media channels, focusing on stories that highlight the work of clinicians and the benefits of working at USACS.
    • Coordinate video shoots and manage post-production, ensuring high-quality outputs for digital platforms.
  • Recruitment Marketing and Storytelling:
    • Serve as a bridge between Recruiting and Marketing, ensuring that all storytelling efforts support recruiting objectives and enhance the USACS brand.
    • Utilize HubSpot analytics and other tools to track engagement metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Creative Content Creation: Ability to capture and edit high-quality photo and video content.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, especially in email marketing and analytics (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, recruiting, and marketing teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50% to hospital sites for content creation.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and video editing tools.
  • HubSpot experience is highly preferred.

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS: 

  • Regular travel is required to various hospital sites (up to 50%).
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds of photography or videography equipment as needed.

Salary Range:

$51,638.00 - $95,530.00

Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
