In the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Manager to join our team and own all content-related initiatives for TripleTen/Nebius Academy. This role involves creating and managing engaging content across websites, social media, events, and marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency while driving growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful content that supports business objectives and strengthens our brand presence.



What you will do

  • Content Strategy and Planning: Develop a comprehensive content strategy and maintain a content calendar.
  • Content Creation and Management of Website Content, Social Media, Events, Email Marketing.
  • SEO and Performance Optimization: Conduct keyword research with the agency and ensure the implementation of SEO best practices across all content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure quality control gatekeeper for messaging across platforms.
  • Cross-functional collaboration in-house, with writers and agencies.



Requirements

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in content creation or management, ideally in tech or education sectors.
  • Proven experience managing successful content strategies and campaigns.

Hard Skills:

  • Strong writing and copywriting skills for various formats (blogs, landing pages, social posts).
  • Expertise in SEO and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics preferred.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot or others.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.

Additional Knowledge:

  • Understanding of B2B audience personas and their challenges.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and content’s role in marketing funnels.
