All about the role:
As The Content Localization Specialist you are responsible for securing a major part of the marketing content that is being localized to the Finnish market. This regards anything from USPs and benefits to rich media, CRM and supporting in Voice Over recordings for campaigns.
As a Content Localization Specialist, you are part of one Nordic team which operates via one local resource per country. You work closely with the marketing team, product line, D2C and trainers to ensure that we provide best in class marketing content, product, and range information on new and existing range to our consumers, customers, and sales colleagues. You ensure that all relevant marketing content and product information linked to new and existing product range is communicated to consumers and country sales organisation via key systems.
In the position you will work with our different brand sites, making sure relevant products are at the right pages at the right time (Phase in phase out). You will proofread localized content that will be consumer facing and support external agency with information if they need our expertise.
What you’ll do:
- Validate UX content.
- Localize campaign assets, TV, online video, banners, social media, CRM content, product videos, and PR/press releases.
- Manage local projects in the job platform Eden.
- Ensure accurate output of products, benefits, features, technical specifications, and product titles across systems.
- Manually validate and add products to projects.
- Check and validate all connected marketing content. Write short descriptions for products.
- Ensure the full D2C range is in place and relevant products are displayed on brand sites at the right time (phase in/phase out).
Who you are:
- Experience from a similar position, handling content and product information.
- Finnish as native language and fluent in English.
- Team player, able to influence and work in a matrix organisation.
- Excellent communicator and confident to build networks.
- A proactive hands-on person, Self-Starter, result driven. Can work independently.
- Strong Process mind-set and understanding of cross functional processes.
- Very good Project Management skills, is able to plan and prioritise.
- Comfortable with and can drive change.
- Experience of SEO is a plus.
Where you’ll be:
You will be preferably based in our office in Helsinki or Stockholm.
