As part of the Commercial Sales Enablement team, it’s our mission to empower our Sales teams with the knowledge and content to close more business, faster.

In a fast-paced market, we need to keep our sales teams in the know with the right content in the most engaging formats to deliver a compelling message to our clients and prospects.

SimCorp is focused on knowledge sharing, with the Sales Enablement team a keystone in collaboration across our commercial teams. You will be working in a stellar global team of about 5-7 people.

You’ll work alongside our Commercial Development, Revenue Operations, Product and Marketing teams to develop and deliver effective content for the sales organization. We’re delivering a consistent experience for all content and training materials using a single access hub, HighSpot. You will have the creative freedom to design new ways of visualizing core value propositions across our SimCorp One platform in presentations, infographics, videos and more media types.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

In your daily work, you’ll collaborate across our commercial teams to:

  • Design and create engaging sales presentations for use in the field, for both strategic initiatives and just-in-time sales needs

  • Build and influence new visualizations of key concepts within the SimCorp One value proposition

  • Create professional, prospect-facing materials to support the sales process such as factsheets, brochures and infographics

  • Utilize your creative skills to review and update existing content

  • Design competitor battlecards, internal training materials and playbooks for global use

  • Maintain a consistent look and feel across all content types

  • Assisting colleagues to deliver on key commercial projects on time

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Creative mindset for engaging content

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint)

  • Video editing skills

  • Ability to collaborate across teams

  • An ability to take complex concepts and simplify them into an engaging visual format

  • Advanced English language skills, as it is our corporate language and is used in all communications

Advantageous to hold:

  • a good working knowledge of investment management including Asset Management, Insurance and Pension firms

  • experience in sales at a fintech

  • previous experience in a sales enablement environment, especially using HighSpot as a content hub
