We are looking for a versatile Social Media Manager who excels at both visual storytelling and copywriting. This role combines creative short-form video content with professional copywriting to build our brand presence across multiple channels.
This is a full-time position with opportunity for growth. We're looking for someone who can help us build and maintain a strong presence across all content platforms
About The Role

What You'll Do
Content Creation & Production:
- Script, create, film, and edit engaging, inspiring, and humorous short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and reports that showcase our expertise
- Become a Datarails product specialist and explain and present our multi-product offerings in creative directions to new audiences
- Craft compelling LinkedIn content that resonates with finance professionals
- Produce professional copy for marketing materials social media ads, blogs, and ebooks
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Execute a multi-channel content calendar that balances entertainment and education
- Track and leverage emerging social trends while maintaining professional brand voice
- Develop SEO strategies to improve our content's visibility and reach
- Plan and create content campaigns that span both written and video formats
Performance & Analytics:
- Monitor and report on content performance across all platforms
- Analyze SEO metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Track engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Provide regular insights on content performance and audience behavior
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, with demonstrated success in both written and video content
- Experience writing both short and long form content.
- Strong portfolio of social media video content and professional writing samples
- Excellent copywriting skills with SEO knowledge and portfolio
- Proficiency in video editing software and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Ability to write in multiple voices, from professional business content to engaging social media
- Willingness to dance in a mascot suit
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in financial services or B2B content
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting
- Background in professional copywriting or journalism
