The Content Creation and Marketing Manager will:

  • To deliver customer-focused content across web and social channels

  • To effectively implement content planning and strategy across projects

  • To make regular recommendations for content optimization throughout the content production approach

  • To work with the content production team as well as across departments to produce high-volume and cost-effective customer-focused assets in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, technical writing, marketing or equivalent experience/training

  • Ability to think critically and make decisions on best ways to present content to different audiences

  • Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills

  • Ability to see both the big picture and the small details

  • Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills

  • Empathy and understanding of others’ working styles and approaches

  • Ability to build strong relationships

  • A willingness to learn
