As a Content Coordinator within the newly created RBU (Belgium, The Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Sweden), you will play a pivotal role in managing and aligning content strategies for national and retail campaigns across a specific region. Reporting to the Content Section Manager, you will bridge the gap between central directives and local market requirements, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign execution. This role demands a 360° marketing approach, leveraging data-driven insights, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and fostering a spirit of teamwork within the content team. 

How you can contribute and have an impact?

Campaign Management & Localization:

Develop and implement 360° marketing campaigns (national and retail) in alignment with central strategies and guidelines. 

Brief external agencies to create assets that meet central input while addressing the unique needs of local markets. 

Localize assets to resonate with regional audiences, ensuring alignment with cultural and market-specific nuances. 

Monitor the implementation of campaigns from an assets perspective to ensure consistency and quality and budget overall follow up for all production of content and agencies Creative Development:

  • Collaborate with the central creative team to adapt or develop region-specific creative ideas and content. 

  • Drive the development of innovative content solutions to address specific market challenges and opportunities. 

  • Accompany and coach the creative agency within the new set-up and way of working, ensuring that the brand’s “Defy Ordinary” philosophy is applied at all stages of the creative process. 

  • Champion new formats, technologies, and storytelling techniques tailored to regional audiences. 

  • Ensure aligned co-agency briefing and content development (national, retail, CRM, SoMe). 

 

Data-Driven Localization:

 

Use data insights and market analytics to define local specifications for campaigns and content. 

Work closely with local sales teams and business analysts to tailor content strategies for optimal impact. 

Ensure that local market needs are protected while seeking synergies across multiple markets. 

Social Media Content Management:
 

Develop and maintain a regional social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local relevance. 

Oversee the localization and development of SoMe content, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency. 

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
 

Track the performance of campaigns and content, using data to refine and optimize strategies. 

Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers measurable business results. 

What we look for:

  • Strong understanding of 360° marketing strategies, particularly in the automotive industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of Nordic country-specific digital marketing channels, platforms, tools and best practices.

  • Exceptional briefing and communication skills, with the ability to convey central input to agencies effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.

  • Creativity and adaptability to develop bespoke content for diverse market needs.

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to balance central directives and local requirements.

  • Proficiency in social media management and content calendar planning.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in content management, campaign development, or marketing roles, preferably in the automotive sector.

  • Experience managing external agencies and briefing on campaign development.

  • Proven track record of creating and localizing multi-market campaigns.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

  • Fluency in English and a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish) is a must.
