We're on the lookout for a Website Content Author for our corporate website www.moveworks.com with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for digital storytelling to oversee continuous enhancements and daily updates to our corporate website. This pivotal role demands a proactive, deadline-focused professional adept at fostering collaboration between marketing and development teams to deliver swift, high-quality executions. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), bringing a blend of technical acumen and creative insight to manage our CMS with precision.

What You Will Do
- Spearhead the ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements of our corporate website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Forge strong collaborative relationships with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless execution of web content and web marketing initiatives.
- Manage the creation and optimization of web pages and components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), transforming designs and wireframes into dynamic digital experiences.
- Oversee content publishing across various channels, ensuring compatibility and optimization for both desktop and mobile viewers.
- Administer digital assets via the DAM (Digital Asset Manager), working closely with the creative team to curate and manage copy, visuals, and multimedia content.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality across all digital content forms, conducting thorough evaluations and testing to ensure alignment with brand standards and UX best practices.
- Edit and refine digital content, including marketing collateral, navigational elements, and instructional materials, to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Write new production processes to optimize internal workflows such as defining localization best practices, agreeing on SLAs with stakeholders, establishing guidelines for adding tags/pixels to the site, and simplifying web requirements in JIRA.
- Embody our mission to provide consistent, customer-focused messaging across all digital touchpoints, collaborating with copywriters and the broader marketing team to maintain a unified brand narrative.
- Partner with SEO team and execute on on-page SEO efforts, Google performance scores and execute on technical SEO improvements for the organic health of the website
- Code web content in AEM to support marketing campaigns, SEO optimization, promotions, A/B tests, web page migrations, and rebranding efforts.
- Defines component enhancements with visual designers and web development to improve web page performance and authoring processes.
- Leverages web accessibility best practices to meet WCAG standards by auditing and fixing missing alt tags, missing header tags, broken code, and image contrast issues.
Nice To Have
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand product requirements and identify testing scenarios.
- Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects.
- Create and maintain test data for automated testing.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test automation best practices.
What You Bring To The Table
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a content management or authoring capacity.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of navigating complex project requirements and collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle multiple competing tasks and roles.
- Profound knowledge of CMS, proficient in Adobe CMS content authoring, familiar with wireframes, experience fragments, components, atomic system, and design/prototyping tools.
- Demonstrates experience in content management for corporate or enterprise-level websites.
