In this role, you will:

  • Be the center of excellence for IFP consumer insights in Business to Consumer (B2C) including research that flows into Innovation development.

  • Lead the design and execution of major B2C research studies to enable data-driven decisions across areas including strategy, innovation and creative.

  • Assist Brand & Category and Front-End-Innovation teams in developing and executing innovation strategies, managing the innovation portfolio, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Advance IFP insight capabilities using rapid/agile methods, digital tools, AI, and in-house resources to provide a modern insights toolkit.

  • Manage strategic partners and vendors to procure insights necessary for strategic implementation.

  • Present research findings and recommendations clearly and compellingly.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing various consumer research methods.

  • Strong stakeholder management capability bringing together and aligning a wide range of internal and external partners.

  • Passionate Consumer Focus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of other languages, particularly Spanish, is advantageous.

  • Prior experience in conducting innovation research is highly desirable.
