Estamos em busca de um Consultor de Vendas e Pós-Vendas, altamente motivado para liderar e desenvolver a equipe de vendas. Esse profissional será responsável por garantir o cumprimento das metas de vendas e Pós-Vendas, fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes e implementar estratégias comerciais eficazes para impulsionar o crescimento do negócio.
O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)

  • Gerenciar e motivar a equipe de vendas dentro do distrito, garantindo alto desempenho e cumprimento das metas.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para aumentar as vendas e expandir a participação de mercado.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e propor ações corretivas quando necessário.
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes-chave, concessionárias e parceiros comerciais.
  • Garantir a execução das políticas comerciais e a padronização dos processos de vendas.
  • Monitorar o mercado, identificar oportunidades de crescimento e antecipar tendências competitivas.
  • Treinar, desenvolver e fornecer feedback contínuo à equipe de vendas.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas da empresa (marketing, logística, atendimento ao cliente) para garantir a melhor experiência para o cliente.

  • Formação superior Completa
  • Experiência comprovada com equipes de vendas.
  • Forte habilidade em negociação, relacionamento interpessoal e vivencia em trabalho com equipes.
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e tomar decisões estratégicas.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens dentro da região/distrito.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e pacote Office.
  • Carteira de Motorista valida em todo território nacional categoria "B"
  • Disponibilidade para residir em Salvador/BA


O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência):

  • Experiência com gestão de vendas no modelo B2B ou B2C.
  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Comercial, Vendas ou áreas afins.
  • Inglês intermediário
  • Histórico de superação de metas e desenvolvimento de equipe.
