Consulting Analyst, Source-to-Pay (Coupa)

Location:

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX.
• Office Options: Hybrid - We expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. 
• Travel Expectations: 20-40%

What You’ll Do :

• Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong Source to Pay consulting experience to help financial shared services and procurement executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems.
• Assist in Coupa system implementations across the full project lifecycle, including  workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management and communication.

• Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1+ years of professional work experience in a finance or accounting role in industry or at a large consulting firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Teams)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Coupa Platform Certification(s)
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering quality work for our clients
• Innate curiosity, proactive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Eager to continuously learn and develop professionally
• Enthusiastic about upholding Clearsulting’s core values and contributing to a positive culture.
