Job Description
- Understand media dynamics in Hong Kong and the broader region, and generate insightful media reports for clients, including media monitoring and analysis.
- Engage in various public relations tasks, including strategic management of media relations, coordination of one-on-one interviews, and execution of press conferences.
- Create and distribute press releases and other media materials on behalf of clients in both Chinese and English.
- Assist in event planning and organization, providing logistical support to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop skills in managing client relationships independently, gaining an understanding of the client's industry, strategic objectives, and organizational structure.
- Proactively share insights and ideas to address client needs within the team.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Language and Translation, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 4-6 years of financial media experience, PR or agency experience will be a plus.
- Strong command of written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Staying informed on current affairs and business news within Hong Kong and the Greater China region.
- A genuine team player and self-starter with good work ethics.
- Highly motivated and result-oriented with sound problem solving skills.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Account Executive.
