Summary:
In this role, you will support team intelligence with research, data analysis, and content development for our health system providers. You will track national trends and develop implications for future-focused health system strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Research, synthesize and write succinct reports to address providers’ questions.
- Collaborate with Sg2 subject matter experts and providers’ services team to provide high-quality, timely responses to providers through written materials, presentations, and phone communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the execution and delivery of original thought leadership, strategic recommendation, and tactical solutions for our providers.
- Assist with the development of analytical solutions to assess market opportunities for hospital and healthcare systems.
- Ensure providers gain value from Sg2’s expertise and resources by developing presentations, data visualizations, and analyses.
- Synthesize and translate research and analytical results into clear and compelling insights.
- Demonstrate critical and creative thinking by proactively sharing your perspective and encouraging the team to explore alternative approaches.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred. Master’s degree in an applied healthcare field desired.
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience required.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel required.
- Experience with Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
- Experience working with healthcare data within a hospital, healthcare payer, or healthcare services organization preferred.
- Ability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities and achieve high levels of productivity while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
