In The Coca-Cola Company’s Finance Hub, we are a world-class partner, providing tech-enabled, data-driven insights to our stakeholders, enabling business and operational decision-making. The Global Record-to-Report Operations team, within the Finance Hub, is tasked with delivering the end-to-end operational accounting process and activities, uphold quality and gain efficiencies across finance functions.

We are hiring for a Consultant, Treasury. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Treasury Operations APAC, and be primarily responsible for bank account management and related activities. They will also be expected to help lead and contribute to transformation initiatives in this space.

FOCUS, SCOPE & IMPACT:

  • Opening and closing of bank accounts as required by business needs.

  • Request and ensure new accounts are correctly and fully added to REVAL, ION and SAP. Become the SME on bank master data in all systems impacted.

  • Oversee the set-up and ongoing maintenance of bank websites and other workstations and regular audits of system access.

  • Control access to the company’s bank accounts and ensuring that the right people have the right access.

  • Update and maintain bank account signatories.

  • Be involved in Global projects to dramatically improve Corporate Treasury and Treasury Operations Processes

  • Provide expertise and support to our Managed Service Provider on unreconciled cash entries, and bank reconciliations.

  • Administer Bank Guarantees process, including submission of RFF & RFA

  • Manage movement of funds and local investments in accordance with Delegation of Authority

  • Prepare Manual Payment Requests, review & finalize daily funding requirements, including FX trades.

  • Prepare and analyze cash flow actuals and forecasts as needed.

  • Manage daily liquidity needs for the region.

  • Execute strategic treasury requirements in partnership with corporate treasury.

  • Comfortably support simultaneous and varied projects, deliverables, and priorities

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETER

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance or a related role in a multi-national company with a global footprint. Preferably experience in working across different cultures and time zones.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of treasury industry and processes is advantageous.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Project Management

  • Experience with Cash Reconciliation & Accounting Entries

  • Demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, English language fluency, effective communication, business partnership and collaboration.
