The Consultant will be an active and responsible member of the InvestorFlow Services team.  This resource will be actively participating in the Services implementation and post-implementation activities that are centered on the enablement of InvestorFlow Products.  Activities include (not limited to): configuration of InvestorFlow's core CRM product which is built on Salesforce, application design, application configuration, data & document loading, lead requirements gathering sessions & documentation, test plan & script development, and configuration migration.

You Will:

  • Configure and build documentation for Investor Product lines which are built on the Salesforce platform 
  • Actively participate and communicate with clients during implementation & through post implementation services  
  • Documentation of client business requirements and/or user stories  
  • Create and ensure accuracy for client specific test scripts 
  • Actively participate in ongoing innovation leveraging Salesforce 
  • Actively participate in internal projects and/or group-based activities 

You Have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; Preferably Salesforce Administrator Certified   
  • College degree or equivalent work experience  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English speaking language is required  
  • Skilled team player with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful, influential, collaborative working relationships in a matrixed environment at all levels of a global organization 
  • Ability to be a “quick learner” of business processes and related technologies supported through InvestorFlow 
  • Strong focus on execution and a passion for driving client success 
  • Willingness and ability to travel onsite with clients as needed 
  • 1-2 years working in a Private Equity firm or related work experience is preferred
