What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years’ experience in account management, finance, business planning and related analytics.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue operations.
- Strong math skills and a working knowledge of financial analysis.
- Proficiency in modelling using large data sets and providing analysis to drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce.com.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Macros, Advanced Formulas, Conditional Formatting, and Pivots.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into business insights to align senior leaders and executives across various functions and internationally.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in drafting executive-ready presentations.
- Strong persuasive and analytical skills, with the ability to influence without authority and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization to drive projects to successful completion.
Impact You'll Make:
The Consultant, Sales Strategy & Analysis supports the Manager, Sales Strategy & Analysis by delivering high quality sales analytics and performance reporting. In addition, the candidate will support the Manager, Sales Strategy & Analysis on ad hoc analysis and related projects, including developing sales quota and sales incentive plans. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to generate insights and provide strategic direction for Revenue Operations.
Core Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager, Sales Strategy & Analysis in facilitating the annual sales quota and sales incentive plans.
- Deliver high quality forecasting and sales performance reports, charts and dashboards on a weekly, monthly, and annual cadence to enhance revenue visibility.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform and support management decision making.
- Develop periodic and ad hoc analysis to support strategic planning and sales management.
- Establish and enforce best practices around opportunity & account management to ensure accuracy and hygiene in Salesforce.
- Track key sales performance indicators to identify trends and inform decision-making for performance improvement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team on account planning, territory realignment, and account transfers.
- Analyze sales incentive programs to maximize revenue and achieve strategic goals (e.g. pipeline build, revenue close, etc.).
- Support the preparation of executive-ready presentations for senior leaders and executives.
- Additional ad-hoc assignments as directed to meet business needs.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
