Responsibilities
- SAP FI Implementation and Support:
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP FI projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI solutions.
- Configure SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Banking.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for financial processes and SAP FI functionalities.
- Customization and Enhancement:
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP or other relevant technologies.
- Ensure system integrity and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Training and Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for system configuration and processes.
- Develop user manuals and guides to facilitate the smooth adoption of SAP FI solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FI systems, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability.
Skills
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI implementation and support.
- Proven experience in full-lifecycle SAP FI project implementations.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules and their integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, CO).
- Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization, including development tools like ABAP.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
