The Consultant II is responsible for the coordination and execution of project activities during implementation and training of software to clients implementing WellSky Home solutions.  Ensures project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of clients to a post-implementation client experience program during the professional services engagement.

A day in the life! 

Key Activities:

  • Work directly with project managers, project teams and client personnel to conduct implementation tasks independently through the life cycle of the project. 
  • Organize client meetings to ensure the implementation tasks for each phase are executed properly and in a timely manner.
  • Deliver end-user training to maximize use of their system.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of worked time and other client deliverables according to established standards and procedures to ensure proper billing and revenue recognition. 
  • Organize requirements gathering sessions, including business process workflow design and mapping. 
  • Exercise judgement within defined procedures to take appropriate action.
  • Apply learned techniques to investigate and solve general problems for clients.

Do you have what it takes? 

Job Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in professional services, consulting, or relevant software experience.
  • Able to transfer knowledge in workplace, classroom or instructional setting.
  • Able to travel up to 50%, additional travel may be required depending on client needs.
  • Knowledge of industry workflows within specific care settings.
  • Works well in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, technical, or clinical field. 
  • Deep understanding of WellSky system administration and configuration. 
  • Deep understanding of WellSky Hospice & Palliative (Consolo) system administration and configuration.   
  • Home Health or Hospice Experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer (laptop).
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
