Job Description Summary:

The Operations Planning Assistant Manager will play a critical role in leveraging digitalization and automation to enhance performance reviews, initiative tracking, and data-driven decision-making. This role will support KO system leadership and Bottlers/Regional Operations teams by integrating advanced digital tools, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring seamless performance monitoring across key business areas. 

 

The individual will focus on automating analytics processes, improving data integration, and supporting strategic initiatives through digital solutions. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders (Regional Operations, Commercial, Franchise Marketing, and Finance teams) and bottlers to enable efficient execution of business strategies using data and automation. 

 

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Operations Planning Director, providing digital and analytical support to drive insights, identify risks and opportunities, and improve the efficiency of strategic planning and execution. Additionally, they will develop and implement digital platforms, dashboards, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. 

 

A key responsibility includes developing and maintaining digital tracking tools for performance management and supporting the automation of bottler engagement routines, such as bi-weekly working-level and quarterly leadership alignment meetings, ensuring data-driven discussions. 

 

This role requires strong digital capabilities, data analytics expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions to drive organizational effectiveness. 

What You'll Do for Us:

1. Digital Transformation & Automation: 

  • Develop and implement digital tools and automation solutions to enhance performance reviews, initiative tracking, and business analysis. 

  • Automate routine data processing, reporting, and analytics to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency. 

  • Leverage AI, machine learning, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making and strategic execution. 

2.Performance Insights & Business Intelligence: 

  • Support the Operations Planning Director in analyzing and visualizing business performance through automated dashboards and data-driven insights. 

  • Integrate multiple data sources to enhance performance reviews, ensuring comprehensive analysis of revenue, execution KPIs (SOVI/Coverage), consumer KPIs (PITA, Brand Power), and financial metrics (GP/MP/ROI). 

  • Develop automated data pipelines to provide real-time business intelligence and insights to key stakeholders. 

3. Strategic Business & Growth Planning: 

  • Assist in developing digital-driven top-line growth strategies by identifying and evaluating key business opportunities and gaps during the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and RE processes. 

  • Support data-driven decision-making by enhancing predictive analytics capabilities to improve forecasting and business scenario planning. 

  • Utilize digital tools to track and measure initiative impact, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 

4. Bottler Engagement & Execution Alignment: 

  • Lead the automation of bottler engagement processes, ensuring real-time tracking of commitments, execution status, and impact analysis. 

  • Manage and streamline the One Communication Meeting (OCM) and System Commercial Forum (SCF) through digital tracking and reporting systems. 

  • Provide automated tools and dashboards to enhance Bottlers’ and Regional Operations teams’ ability to drive performance and execute plans effectively. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Strong digital skills with experience in data analytics, automation, or business intelligence tools. 

  • Experience in developing digital solutions, automation tools, and AI-driven insights. 

  • High potential candidates with strong technical and analytical capabilities will be considered, even without prior business experience. 

  • Experience in performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and dashboard development is preferred. 

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to automate reporting and analysis routines. 

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or other automation platforms. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field if preferred.
