You will:
- Analyze and evaluate public sector programs and policies in different sectors and areas to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making.
- Design strategic plans, policy documents, and operational frameworks that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and partner organizations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and the cultivation of new client relationships.
Requirements:
- Higher degree in Economics, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working in public sector / NGOs or advisory firms.
- In-depth understanding of Ukrainian public sector governance and policy development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage effectively with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Both good spoken and written English and Ukrainian language.
