We are excited to partner with a leading insurance company from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) that has recently expanded its operations by opening an office in Egypt. Together, we aim to drive innovation and digital transformation within the insurance sector.
We are seeking experienced Consultants in Digital Transformation with 7-8 years of experience within the insurance sector. The ideal candidates will have a background with top-tier consulting firms (Big 4 or equivalent) and possess strong knowledge of the insurance industry's key business lines—including Health, Mobility, Property & Casualty (P&C), and Life Insurance—as well as support functions like Finance, HR, Procurement, Compliance, and IT.
You will contribute to a large-scale digital transformation program by offering insights, preparing strategic documents, and ensuring that innovation and agility are embedded in every initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Consulting: Quickly understand the needs of transformation initiatives, working in a fast-paced environment where agility and eloquence are essential to meet shifting project demands and tight timelines.
- Business Case Development & Strategy Support: Assist in building business cases, conducting research, and reviewing strategy documents to ensure the digital transformation aligns with business goals.
- Support in Transformation Programs: Leverage your experience with large transformation programs to understand critical needs, identify pain points, and propose potential solutions without the need for direct management.
- Trendspotting & Innovation: Continuously monitor and learn about emerging trends and innovative technologies in the insurance domain, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve and adopts forward-thinking strategies.
- Innovative Thinking: Propose new use cases and suggest innovative approaches to digital solutions by staying updated with the latest industry advancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders across insurance lines and support functions to gather insights, document strategies, and assist in project planning and execution.
- Cross-functional Interaction: Collaborate with teams in Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of business requirements with digital solutions.
- Document Creation: Prepare clear and impactful presentations, reports, and strategic documents that distill complex ideas into actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Support in Transformation Governance: Participate in governance processes by supporting the creation and documentation of frameworks to ensure risks, timelines, and benefits are properly communicated.
- Experience: 7-8 years of consulting experience in the insurance industry, preferably with top-tier consulting firms (Big 4 or equivalent).
- Digital Transformation Projects: Verifiable experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Agility and Communication: Demonstrated ability to be quick, agile, and articulate, adapting to dynamic project requirements while delivering clear and concise communication.
- Business Case and Strategy Development: Experience in building business cases, developing strategy documents, and creating presentations and reports for transformation programs.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the insurance domain, including Health, Mobility, P&C, and Life Insurance, as well as associated support functions.
- Innovation Mindset: Eagerness to stay updated with industry trends and new use cases, with the ability to incorporate innovative ideas into practical project documents.
- Analytical Skills: Solid analytical abilities to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Digital Channels, ERP/CRM solutions, insurance ecosystem components, and emerging automation technologies is a plus.
Preferred Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Insurance, or related fields.
- Certifications: Certifications in business analysis, digital transformation, or related areas.
- Technical Platforms: Familiarity with modern cloud-based platforms (e.g., Fusion ERP, Salesforce CRM) and the associated business transformation challenges.
