About The Role
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for analytics and a passion for insurance? Our Captives Team is looking for a driven individual to support our mission of delivering innovative, data-driven solutions to clients. In this role, you’ll work on diverse projects, collaborate with a talented team, and help shape strategies that drive client success.
What You’ll Do
- Aggregate and analyze data to create insights, financial projections, and risk assessments.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of analytical tools and models tailored to client needs.
- Develop reports and presentations that communicate technical findings in a clear, actionable manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to solve complex client challenges.
- Maintain high standards of quality through peer review and attention to detail.
- Engage in client discussions to refine deliverables and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success
- A degree in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (Actuarial exams/designations are a plus).
- Valid RIBO License or ability to obtain within the first six months of joining.
- Experience in placing multi-line insurance policies is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, and data visualization tools (experience with VBA is an asset).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and model complex data sets.
- Exceptional organization and time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams.
