Our Captives Team is looking for a driven individual to support our mission of delivering innovative, data-driven solutions to clients. In this role, you’ll work on diverse projects, collaborate with a talented team, and help shape strategies that drive client success.

What You’ll Do

  • Aggregate and analyze data to create insights, financial projections, and risk assessments.
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of analytical tools and models tailored to client needs.
  • Develop reports and presentations that communicate technical findings in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to solve complex client challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of quality through peer review and attention to detail.
  • Engage in client discussions to refine deliverables and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • A degree in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (Actuarial exams/designations are a plus).
  • Valid RIBO License or ability to obtain within the first six months of joining.
  • Experience in placing multi-line insurance policies is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and data visualization tools (experience with VBA is an asset).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and model complex data sets.
  • Exceptional organization and time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams.
