You graduated with a Master of Engineering and you have proven experience in the field of configuration management
You have already worked in an integrated team within large scopes combining specific developments and off-the-shelf solutions; furthermore, you particularly appreciate collaborative work and enjoy stimulating exchanges

You have great knowledge of systems integration principles (system, hardware and software)

LIFE AS A THALES HARDWARE CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT ROLE
As a Hardware Configuration Management Role within Thales, you will:
Coordinate all the Configuration Management activities within your projects in collaboration with all the stakeholders, in particular the Hardware Manager (HW WPM) and the Solution CM
Establish and/or implement the Configuration Management Plan
Specify the Configuration Management requirements to subcontractors and suppliers through statements of work and ensure that:
The Configuration Management requirements are properly implemented (development of the SOW, etc.)
The Configuration Management requirements are respected
Participate in the selection of configuration items and to the establishment of the various breakdown structures
Ensure identification activities piloting and implementation (CI selection, breakdown structures identification, baseline needs…)
Manage the corrections and evolutions on the projects; lead the commissions (TEB/CCB)
Establish the configuration baselines (FBL, ABL, PBL, and all baselines according to project’s needs)
Ensure the recording and the restitution of the configuration status
Perform configuration verifications
Participate in end of phase reviews (PDR, CDR...)
Raise awareness, advise and share best practices with the various contributors on the implementation of configuration management
