Our Open Opportunity 

The Conference Services Manager ­­­­­­­is an essential member of the Hotel’s leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. 

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.  The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. 

The Conference Services Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Conference Services to sell and service events and act as the main liaison between the client and hotel for all client.  

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on a need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting. 

  • Applicants are required to have one to two years previous employment in a related position. 

  • A college degree is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel, or similar environment

  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.

  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

  • Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
