Job Summary
Be a part of a creator for flavors and fragrances to be used in consumer products and packaging types and responsible for mixing flavors in accordance with the established procedures including cleaning of the mixer, equipment, and mixing area
How You Will Contribute
• Prepare the mixer and mixing equipment before production begins.
• Must check and verify raw materials, both the powder and Liq. Sections, according to the ILVT procedure by referring to the process order information of the production plan & Shop Floor Paper.
• Blend raw materials according to the production formula and the time specified correctly.
• Pack the products correctly according to the ILVT procedure.
• Check and verify the CCP points in the production process. Correct as required.
• Record production reports, CCP Inspection Point Report and other relevant documents in the production process correctly as specified.
• Check and verify the cleanliness of the mixer, scales, other equipment and the operational area before and after production.
What you will need to be successful
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Having experience 1-2 years in food industrial would be an advantage
• Team player, ability to learn fast, open minded, pro-active.
• Able to work Monday – Saturday and work in shifts
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP & FSSC22000
• Knowledge of the use of digital scales
• Additional experience and knowledge about how to use the mixer, techniques and algorithms for mixing and other related tasks
