Join Körber Supply Chain Software in a dynamic role as a Compliance Manager, where you will be responsible for managing a team and driving the execution of GRC initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance and risk management, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Own, lead, coordinate, and manage 20+ security audits, including managing relationships with external audit firms, customers, and investors.

  • Develop control owner frameworks, and control development as well as create and enforce policies and procedures to support the compliance efforts.

  • Facilitate collaboration between the GRC team and other departments, integrating compliance and risk management into business operations.

  • Establish, monitor and report Threat Management program metrics and reporting. Also, ensure the team effectively conducts risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and audit coordination, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

  • Oversee the team's work, provide guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful execution of GRC tasks and professional growth.

  • Ensure the team stays current with industry trends and updates policies and procedures in response to regulatory changes as well as set and track team goals that align with organizational objectives, ensuring successful outcomes.

Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, fully remote within the US.

What you Bring to the Team:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.

  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Partnerships: Ability to work closely with internal and external partners.

  • Compliance Experience: Expertise in GRC, risk management, and compliance with knowledge of leading SOC1, SOC2, and ISO 27001 audits.

  • Control Implementation: Hands-on experience in implementing SOC and ISO 27001 controls, ensuring robust security and risk management frameworks.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to problem solve and make decisions by proactively identifying and proactively addressing compliance gaps before issues arise. allowing me to identify and address compliance gaps before they become issues.

  • Global Experience: Familiarity with global security challenges and strong English communication skills.
