Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance within the organization. This role involves conducting compliance trainings, reviewing and updating policies, assessing business risks, and working closely with legal counsel and HR to ensure the company's operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, law, or audit, and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance role.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Law, Audit, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role, with a focus on risk management, audit, or legal compliance. 
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations, risk management principles, and auditing standards. 
  • Experience conducting training programs and managing compliance documentation. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess complex compliance issues. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties. 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
