What You Will Do
As a Compliance Engineer, you’ll ensure our products meet industry standards while driving innovation and efficiency. You’ll lead small to medium-sized projects from design to manufacturing, applying compliance expertise to enhance product features and systems. Your role will involve engineering analysis, overseeing testing, and regulatory oversight, while collaborating across teams to address compliance challenges. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Key responsibilities include:
- Engineering & Compliance: Lead initiatives to integrate compliance into product design and processes.
- Regulatory Expertise: Ensure designs meet industry standards, advising teams on best practices.
- Documentation & Analysis: Develop and track technical documents, reports, and test records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers and teams to resolve compliance-related challenges.
- Technical Communication: Prepare proposals, reports, and visual summaries to share findings.
What You Will Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of compliance or regulatory experience.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Navigate complex compliance requirements with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong Communication: Effectively collaborate across teams and convey technical insights.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
