Job Summary
To ensure that the site remains compliant with external regulatory and legal requirements and internal policies and bylaws.
To work with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory risk.
Maintaining an electronic diary of events related to compliance with Health & Safety / Statutory regulations, with tasks undertaken per the Company’s Compliance Policy.
Compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Liaise with production, engineering and laboratories as necessary to organise statutory inspections & checks of plant & equipment as part of the compliance regulations.
Liaise with external vendors, booking inspections for all compliance-related events.
Diarize events & legal requirements which are relevant to departments as an electronic diary.
Continually monitor plant operation and processes and identify any energy-saving measures which can be taken that will not affect plant efficiency, operation or reliability.
Constantly monitor legal compliance to all relevant standards/regulations.
