Compliance Analyst
Location: Onsite in El Paso, TX
Datamark, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal and regulatory requirements relevant to our business processes. The Compliance Analyst will conduct regular audits, develop compliance programs, and assist in training staff on regulatory compliance issues. This role involves monitoring compliance with established company policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Program Development: Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Training & Support: Assist in training staff on regulatory compliance issues and provide support for compliance-related inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate compliance audits and assessments.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile reports on compliance metrics and recommend appropriate actions for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulations applicable to the industry preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
