The Compliance Analyst role is located onsite in El Paso, TX. The Compliance Analyst is responsible for managing and ensuring the implementation of the organization’s compliance and information and data security policies. The Compliance Analyst plays a critical part in the internal compliance audit program, contributing to protecting the Company’s security, compliance, and confidentiality standards. The Compliance Analyst requires collaboration across departments to address audit findings, mitigate risks, and uphold regulatory compliance. The Compliance Analyst will have knowledge of information security policies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Must be available for travel to DATAMARK global sites as needed to conduct audits and provide support
- Field Experience: At least two years of experience in Compliance, Information Security or Information Technology
- Position Experience: At least two years of experience in a Compliance Analyst, or similar position
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Capable of holding team members accountable to timely delivery of audit evidence
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and remediate security risks
- Team-work mentality to develop security solutions in collaboration with Information Security and IT professionals
- Knowledge of third-party auditing and risk assessment methodologies
- Ability to work independently and hold team members accountable for delivering audit evidence.
