RingSense AI is RingCentral’s proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles that RingCentral applies to their core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Compensation Program Manager

The Compensation Program Manager will work closely with the Compensation and HR leadership team and be responsible for cross functional projects, strategic initiatives, and consultative support. 
 
Responsibilities: 

  • Business Delivery. Drive strategic alignment and operational excellence across the Compensation / HR organization. Deliver strategy consulting services and lead strategic projects

  • Project Management. Lead complex, cross-functional Compensation projects from conceptualization to execution; focus on top priority projects. For example, but not limited to Merit cycle, Bonus payout, etc.

  • Stakeholder Management. Partner with leaders across the company to research and build business cases for new initiatives; partner cross-functionally to develop requirements and oversee design, implementation, and change management of major initiatives 

  • Process Design & Improvement. Identify process improvement engagements; audit and assess processes, design improvements, and create new processes 

  • Analysis and Recommendation. Act as a trusted advisor by analyzing key drivers of our outcomes, identify areas of opportunity and risk, and develop and execute initiatives to address them. Design and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop strategic recommendations 

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 8+ years of Program Management experience - experience in compensation, consulting, change management, and/or HR preferred

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Experience building and improving workplace practices.

  • Project Management. Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive multiple concurrent projects 

  • Critical Thinker.Strong problem-solver with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

  • Excellent Communication Skills. Extremely attentive to detail, with superb oral and written communication skills 

  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information

  • Willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
