SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
To have personnel responsibility for Compensation & HRIS Manager pursuant to the valid organization chart. This entails clarifying understanding of roles, objectives and work tasks, following up results and deviations, as well as responsibility for being familiar with/obtaining necessary guidance concerning relevant laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to personnel responsibility.
This position will be reported to HR & Central Admin. Manager and will be based in Chonburi.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all data for payroll processing as monthly and yearly basis by working and coordinating with employees, supervisors and line managers to get all concerned payroll information with accuracy of payment
- Review compensation and benefits scheme by benchmarking with the market in order to ensure competitive package, the effectiveness and aligned with the market practice
- Provide the remuneration package proposal for the successful candidates and promotion of the employees by evaluating the job to ensure the internal equity and external competitiveness and also package for early retirement and retirement of employees.
- Prepare and support annual compensation and benefits surveys by work with direct superior in order to use for internal and external comparison
- Prepare analysis reports that relate to compensation & benefits also employee concerns in order to give the overall pictures with details to support the business
- Review and implement company’s policies which related to compensation and benefits regularly.
- Advise and be consultant to all employees, supervisors and line managers about compensation concerns in order to ensure all parties have understanding in the right and same direction.
- Manage all employees' database in HRIS / HRMS (workdays & myhr) to be undated and accurate by aligned with the company’s policies, rules and regulations and Thai labor law.
- Review all working process under Compensation & benefit to make sure that align with company direction by following by HR Audit/Review requirement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’ s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Minimum 7 - 9 years plus working experience in compensation & benefit.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team of professionals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
- Proficient in English.
