Description

Sinch is looking for a Compensation Director.  This role will be critical in driving strategy, design, and implementation of our global compensation programs as we continue to harmonize our talent practices across the company.  This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting journey in developing and transforming our talent strategy and our employee experiences.  This role will be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align with Sinch’s business objectives; including communication, change management and training
  • Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans and other compensation programs
  • In partnership with the team, lead integration efforts to continue to harmonize companywide compensation programs, aligning core processes and activities in reward tools, and leverage data and analytics to drive business value and impact
  • Ensure local policies and practices are updated and compliant with legal and company policy requirements
  • Responsible for keeping compensation processes and policies up to date
  • Leverage external benchmarking and insights to drive competitive compensation programs; including managing external partnerships as required
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience leading compensation programs in global organizations; including operating in a highly complex and matrixed environment.
  • Strong business acumen.  Demonstrated experience aligning compensation strategies and programs to business priorities to drive impact and value.
  • M&A experience; including integration experience aligning compensation processes and practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $166,400.00 - $220,00.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. 
This position is also eligible for bonus. This role will be accepting applications until 01/31/2025 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
