What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating under-resourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

Huntress is looking for its first compensation analyst to join our growing FP&A team. The compensation analyst will manage the day-to-day administrative responsibilities related to commissionable employees and assist the Sales Finance Manager in compensation and capacity planning for the revenue organization.

In this highly collaborative role, you can expect to manage Huntress’ commissions software platform Captivate IQ and all changes that might relate to quarterly quotas, enable sales leadership with real-time analytics and metrics related to sales compensation, be the go-to medium for all sales compensation-related inquiries, and assist sales leadership in developing sales compensation plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commissions software platform (Captivate IQ) and maintain changes within the system
  • Analyze sales data to track trends, calculate sales incentives, and generate detailed sales performance reports
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement effective incentive compensation plans that align with company goals and objectives, incorporating quotas, targets, and performance metrics
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions and bonuses based on the established incentive plans
  • Monitor and evaluate sales representative performance against targets; identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to sales management
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to improve and refine incentive plans for maximum sales effectiveness. This may include adjusting quotas, commission structures, and payout calculations
  • Maintain and update the sales incentive calculation system to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Work closely with sales, sales operations, and finance teams to address incentive-related questions and concerns.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation planning or commissions analyst role
  • Experience building and maintaining commissions within a system like Captivate IQ or a similar commissions software platform
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, formula creation, and report generation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other SaaS platforms for sales data access and analysis
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex data analysis findings to stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a hyper-growth environment
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve issues related to incentive calculations and data discrepancies

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
