We are expanding our team and looking for a Community Moderator to help maintain an engaging, supportive, and well-organized environment for our users. If you're an experienced 3Commas user who enjoys interacting with the community and assisting others, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Actively moderate discussions across Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and other community channels
- Ensure a friendly, professional, and inclusive environment by enforcing community guidelines
- Address user inquiries, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary
- Collaborate with the support and marketing teams to share community feedback and concerns
- Create engaging content, polls, and discussions to boost community interaction
- Monitor and report on community sentiment, trends, and engagement metrics
- Assist in organizing community events, AMAs, and other engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience using the 3Commas platform
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, trading, and blockchain technology
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus
- Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Passion for crypto, trading, and engaging with users
