Position Summary
We are looking for a new Community Manager to join our team!
Role and Responsibilities
• Lead community management implementation and differentiate strategies and tactics among different channels, increasing overall reach and engagement
• Monitor and track social media channels for opportunities to engagement and risk and reputation management (tracking communication on social media channels)
• Analysis and evaluation of social media channels and campaigns, develop and provide analytical reports to generate actionable insights and continuous improvements
• Cooperate with social media agency and media agency on multiple activities
• Stay on top of industry trends and mine opportunities within partnerships, emerging platforms, etc.
• Execute marketing promotions and communication in accordance digital marketing strategy and programs
• Report on a regular basis to Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager on performance & improvements
• Working at a regional level and effectively communicating with local, internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
• University degree
• At least 1 years of experience in digital marketing & social media management
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and experience in social media community management supported with knowledge of common social media monitoring and management tools
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail; storytelling expertise and the skills to translate complex topics and concepts into engaging messages with the ability to shape and deliver key messages to various audiences, tailored to their individual needs
• Excellent communication skills as well as fluent both Croatian language and English (both spoken and written), excellent communication skills in other regional languages will be considered as advantage
• Ability to handle multiple projects passionately, take initiative independently and working in a team
• Proven record of using data to provide compelling business insights in a digital environment
• Creativity with a focus on digital innovation and technology
• Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Ability to work in dynamic environment
• Willing to stay up to date with developments in your subject area and in developments in the digital world.
